The new VAT rules hitting the construction industry from 1 October 2019 will have a large impact on many businesses.  If you are VAT registered and working in the construction industry you must consider what impact the new rules will have on your business and make any changes to your accounting process at the right time.

HMRC advised on 6 September 2019 that they are delaying the implementation of the new rules by 12 months until 1 October 2020. You can read more about this here
