Edinburgh Property Investment Seminar

We were delighted to be asked to be involved in a seminar on Edinburgh property investment at the Royal Scots Club organised by Belvoir Edinburgh on 22 June 2022.

The seminar was chaired by Andrew Jack of Belvoir Edinburgh.  The speakers included our own tax planning expert, Kenny McNeill along with Sophie Strand, Business Development Director from Belvoir Edinburgh, Nick Ward,  Mortgage Broker and Financial Adviser from NJW Financial and Josef Strand, Solicitor from Watermans.

The topics covered at the seminar included:

• Identifying your long-term investment goals

• Understanding the current state of the residential property market

• Establishing what and where to buy to maximise your returns

• Recognising the best funding options to meet your needs

• Structuring your investments to make them as tax efficient as possible

• Planning your exit strategy to protect your investments
