
Visual Update to myePayWindow
Further to our email of 7 November 2025 to our payroll clients regarding the visual update to the myePayWindow log on page, we are aware that some clients and their staff may be having problems logging on to the portal since the update.
What’s Happening?
Portal users may encounter difficulties if they attempt to log in using their email address instead of their username.
Recommended Steps:.
- Try logging in with your username rather than your email address.
- If you are unsure of your username, please use the legacy login link below:
https://www.myepaywindow.com/login/legacylogin
This page allows you to enter your email address and then takes you to the next page with the Forgotten Username link. This will help you reset your username and regain access to your account.
Why is this happening?
Due to the new landing page design, previously saved login details may no longer auto-fill. In some cases, your username may not be the same as your email address. Resetting your username should resolve the issue.
Important Tip
We strongly recommend checking your access to myePayWindow in advance of your next pay day to ensure you can log in without any issues. This will help avoid delays or complications when accessing payslips or payroll information.
