Bethany began her career in accountancy after leaving school in 2021 firstly by gaining a HNC in business in technology. She then spent the next three and a half years working in audit and accounts in a top 25 UK firm of accountants gaining experience across a wide range of businesses including limited companies, charities, partnerships and sole traders.

Bethany began studying towards her ACCA qualification at the end of 2023.  She joined Johnston Smillie in July 2026 to complete her final ACCA exams and continue developing her career. She is involved in audit and accounts preparation and enjoys providing clients with a friendly and professional service.
