Support for Edinburgh Bars and Pubs to Recover from COVID-19
Diageo has announced a new $100 million global programme to support pubs and bars in major hospitality centres across the world, including Edinburgh, to recover following the COVID-19 pandemic.
The two-year programme, starting in July 2020, will enable Edinburgh bars and pubs to apply for support to help pay for physical equipment needed for outlets to re-open. This will include hygiene kits, online reservation systems, cashless systems, mobile bars and outdoor equipment.
