Jamie spent 20 years in the hospitality industry running bars, restaurants and events in Edinburgh, London and Brazil. During the Coronavirus pandemic he studied for his professional diploma in accounting and is Xero certified.

Jamie joined  the  Johnston Smillie Business Services team in April 2021.  He assists with the completion of VAT returns, bookkeeping and annual accounts for a wide range of clients across various sectors.

In his spare time Jamie likes carpentry, DIY, dadding and cooking.
