Quite a number of employers are deciding to use the new Flexible Furlough arrangements which will take effect from 1 July 2020.

Flexible Furlough needs to be agreed with the relevant employee/s in advance and formally notified to the employee/s in writing.

We have created a template letter as a starting point for employers  to adapt and use for this purpose. As ever, you should confirm the contents of the letter with your lawyer and/or HR specialists before sending it out.
