Johnston Smillie and their team have provided the directors with a friendly and highly professional administration and accountancy service. They have also been very proactive in advising the directors of any matters of relevance to the administration and governance of the organisation. I had owned and operated a beauty therapy business for many years and under Johnston Smillie’s guidance I incorporated the business to reduce tax and national insurance. I could then concentrate on running the day to day matters in the knowledge that the JS team were looking after the payroll, VAT, accounts etc. The business grew and we moved to larger premises. Two years ago, again with David’s help, I sold the business in a tax efficient way, and planned my retirement.
